Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website 2developers.com and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Services") operated by 2 Developers ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Use the Services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
Use the Services to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services
2. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and design, are the exclusive property of 2 Developers or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our Services without our prior written consent.
3. Client Projects & Deliverables
For commissioned work:
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing
2 Developers retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place
Source files and raw assets are provided only when explicitly included in the project scope
We retain ownership of reusable code libraries, frameworks, and tools developed during the project
4. Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement, unless otherwise agreed
The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery
Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding amount
All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified
Prices do not include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated
5. Project Revisions
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate
Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of deliverable presentation
Major scope changes may require a revised quote and timeline
6. Mobile Applications
For mobile applications developed or distributed by 2 Developers:
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our mobile applications for personal or business purposes
Updates: We may release updates to improve functionality and security. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes
App Store Terms: Your use of our apps is also subject to the terms of the applicable app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)
In-App Purchases: Any in-app purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any mobile application for violation of these Terms
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable
Any defects will be corrected in a specific timeframe
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2 Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to 2 Developers in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2 Developers, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
